Jonker Petfood
Dutch pet food company Jonker Petfood has installed an Aerox®-Injector alongside a scrubber to reach their desired odour reduction.
Initially Jonker Petfood installed a scrubber to reduce their odour emission coming from two production lines. The total airflow, however, proved too high to be treated by the scrubber alone. To be able to treat the entire airflow Jonker Petfood reached out to Aerox.
Complementing odour control solutions
Jonker Petfood asked Aerox to come up with an odour control solution reaching the desired odour reduction while also including the scrubber already in place. Aerox advised to divide the total airflow using two separate ducts. The scrubber could then treat an airflow small enough for it to handle. The remaining airflow was to be treated by a compact Aerox®-Injector.
Satisfied customer
In 2011 the Aerox®-Injector was installed and has been successfully treating the airflow since then. Odour measurements later on proved the high amount of odour removed by the Aerox®-Injector. Jonker Petfood were highly satisfied with the product that they decided to order another unit when increasing their production.
