Our service coordinators and engineers make sure that the Aerox®-Injector is delivered, installed and running without any problems.

Before sending off the Aerox®-Injector a Factory Acceptance Test is performed. This test makes sure that the Injector is fully operational and ready to tackle your odour problem. Once delivered to your location and installed, a Site Acceptance Test is performed to make sure nothing happened during transport and everything is still working as it should. Once our Aerox®-Injector is fully operational its settings can be customized to meet the demands of the specific odour problem. The commissioning process also includes the training of local operators. The local should be able to operate the basic functionalities of the Aerox®-Injector.
