Perfect Companion
Perfect Companion in Thailand chose the Aerox-Injector because of its compactness and effective odor reduction.
Perfect Companion produces dry pet food. The pet food is produced using several extruder lines. The company wanted to reduce its odor emissions by a lot. They found scrubbers were not effective enough and searched for alternatives.
Compact odor control system
The Thai company ordered an Aerox-Injector in 2011. This machine was chosen to reduce odors produced by one of the extruder lines. An important requirement was that the installation had to be compact and efficient, due to the factory having limited space. The airflows the machine needed to treat came from the counterflow dryer and cooler. The air is first cleaned by cyclones and then joined in one central duct. This meant that one Aerox-Injector was sufficient to treat all the airflow.
Multiple extruder lines
After a thorough validation process determining the effect of the Aerox-Injector and its cold-plasma technology, Perfect Companion decided to put Aerox-Injectors on more of its extruder lines. In total the Perfect Companion factory now runs three Aerox-Injectors.
